Decide which adventure you would like to do throughout the week, based on the age range, fitness level and desired activities of your group members. You can even split up on days that you do non-rafting adventures, so that everyone gets to do what they want.

Confirm Your Reservation and Make a Deposit
Within 10 days of your phone call, you must confirm your reservation with a deposit of 50% of your trip cost per person.
Pay Your Balance
Balance is due 30 days prior to your trip date.
Need a Shuttle?
As part of the Wild Gorges Adventure Program, we can pick you up at a nearby airport or train station. You must give us your arrival information 5 days before your arrival.

Stuff You Should Know

These trips are special, but when groups are too small, we may need to combine you with regular trips for safety reasons. The order and format of activities may change, depending on weather and other conditions.
Minimum age for some of our adventures is 12. We can design trips that are appropriate for 6 and up. Let us know the ages of youngsters, and your group members' physical shapes and appetites for adventure.
Cancellations made with more than 30 days notice receive a full refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee for each guest. Cancellations with less than 30 days but more than 15 days notice will receive a refund of half of the payment. No refunds will be issued when a reservation is cancelled less than 15 days prior to the trip. Ask us for further details about our cancellation and refund policy.
We reserve the right to move trips to a different section of river or to another river for reasons of safety or low water. No refunds or rain checks will be issued unless the outfitter completely cancels the day's events.
Due to the rigors of outdoor adventures, consumption of alcohol or drugs is not permitted before or during outdoor adventure trips. Intoxicated or drug-impaired persons will be refused without refund.
Liability: we encourage the purchase of vacation insurance which covers personal property and personal injury. Outfitter assumes no liability for personal injury or loss of personal belongings. You will be required to sign a personal injury and photo waiver before your trip. All participants under the age of 18 must have a completed release form signed by a parent or legal guardian. A copy of the waiver is available upon request.

Custom Programs

If the Wild Gorges Adventure Program as described doesn't quite meet your scheduling needs, we will be happy to work out something special. For example, we can rearrange activities and days.
